After the tragedy of the Paris bombings and excitement of the global climate summit, the Paris Hilton's head pastry chef, Christophe Laisement unwound with a Plunge tour, swapping petit fours for Peninsula wines.
A creator of super-modern flavour combinations, Christophe was impressed by many of the region's wines and the food at Cook & Norman Trattoria . The rainbow of quirky flavours enjoyed at Mornington Peninsula Chocolates, the design and gorgeous packaging was very Parisian oohlala.
Enjoying the fragrancy and subtle flavours of perfectly executed signature Pinot Noir at Ocean Eight winery with Winemaker, Mike Aylward, Christophe talked about the beautiful line in the wines. The barrel room tour was also a highlight.
