Mornington Peninsula Plunge Wine Tours get you closer to the people and places behind the wine.

Plunge is an ultra-luxury wine tour experience for discerning guests wanting to be taken way beyond your average cellar door crawl to meet winemakers, taste wine from barrel, visit private cellars, wander vineyards, sip sparkling wine in the shallows and collect mussels gathered from Harry's fishing boat, cooked and served at a restaurant lunch with the perfect glass of wine.

Plunge caters for foodies wanting hand-crafted wine experiences that delve deeper into the Peninsula's food and wine scene. Founder, Arthur O’Bryan worked for ten years as Global Brand Manager at Stonier Wines overseeing marketing and sales into sixteen international territories. His involvement with the region's most prolific brand helped shape the narrative around Australia's most dynamic and picturesque Pinot Noir wine region.

Arthur’s recent book about the region’s first vineyard, Elgee Park, is introduced by Australia’s most famous wine critic, James Halliday.  Each tour begins with a morning seaside picnic in either Somers, Point Leo or Shoreham, a bottle of premium sparkling cuvée, local cheeses and other delicacies.  Then private wine tastings see winemakers join the party including Arthur’s wife, renowned Willow Creek Vineyard winemaker, Geraldine McFaul.

Arthur is a wine enthusiast whose encyclopaedic knowledge of the region is perfect for people wanting a day filled with fun while learning about the finer things in life. Intrigued?  Take the Plunge!
