A Mornington Peninsual wine tour that visits wineries and farmgate producers who live and breathe organic farming and biodynamic viticulture. We begin the day tasting with Shashi Singh, the winemaker at Avani (The Earth) and a regional leader in biodynamic Syrah (Shiraz) which is made on her beautiful north-facing site in Red Hill South. Later we enjoy organic cheese from nearby Main Ridge Dairy before visiting creative winemaker, Paramdeep Ghumman at Nazaray winery in Flinders who uses a range of Burgundian and organic techniques.  A luncheon banquet includes two-courses of regionally inspired modern cuisine matched with a glass of local wine.  Afterwards, we visit Prancing Horse Estate, a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in the region with a cellar door featuring magical views over lush vines to Western Port Bay. The day ends with a visit to Staindl in Red Hill for a fun tasting of biodynamically crafted wines followed by a cleansing cider at the 100% certified organic Mocks Orchard who have farmed without pesticides since 1972.

We tour in a luxurious Mercedes Benz, enjoy a morning feast with cheese and sparkling wine overlooking Western Port Bay, exclusive access and special wine deals and lunch.
