The Mornington Peninsula Walking and Wine Tour begins with a bowl of fresh strawberries to calibrate the palate for the Mornington Peninsula region’s best Pinot Noirs.  We arrive in Red Hill South for a sparkling wine and cheese picnic in Endeavour Fern Gully, one of the last tracts of temperate rain forest on the Mornington Peninsula. Afterwards we set off for a 6.5km walk from Red Hill to Merricks. We follow the original Red Hill railway line (built in 1915) visiting the beautiful Allies vineyard featuring Bass Strait as a backdrop. We finish the walk with a tasting at Stonier and then it's onto the rustic charm of the Merricks General Wine Store for a delicious two-course lunch served with a glass of wine. Afterwards, we visit Merricks Estate to see the wines of George Kefford and the native bush and wetlands lovingly restored by his daughter, Estelle. We then head to Somers for a wander through the tranquil Coolart Estate, featuring the best wetlands and bird watching in the Western Port catchment.

We tour in a luxurious Mercedes Benz Viano, enjoying a morning picnic in Red Hill, lunch at the Merricks General Wine Store and wine tastings throughout the day exclusive access, special wine deals.
